Duena Blomstrom is an independent digital banking consultant, FinTech specialist, and blogger. For the past 18 years, she has worked as a strategist and consultant within the telecom and finance worlds. Duena is on a crusade to teach the FinTech industry that stilted, corporate language will get us nowhere. She is passionate about getting financial institutions to embrace the concept of "emotional banking" and to stop thinking about feature sets and start thinking about customers' feelings.
