Data scientist, Ingvi Gautsson and Business Development Manager Michal Bezak represented Meniga at the TechNova, AI in Financial Services conference which took place on the 27th of March in London’s Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch.
The conference gathered together leading players in banking, insurance and capital markets to expand understandings of AI, and build practical knowledge on how to develop real, implementable systems. The conference covered important topics such how prime conditions can be created for AI adoption, how AI can be used to benefiting customers and streamlining operations.
Risk accountability and ethics were also major themes of the conference. In addition, there were innovation exchange workshops and a session on the transformational power of AI.
Answering the pertinent question: How can AI benefit customers?
Since the question of how technology can improve people’s lives is close to our hearts, Ingvi and Michal participated in the session on how AI can be used to benefit customers.
His presentation was titled ‘Personalised Digital Banking — How AI can boost customer engagement’. Ingvi demonstrated the advanced Meniga correlator and gave insights on how Meniga has overcome challenges in implementing and using machine machine learning.
How to perfect AI driven experience
Michal participated in the panel on how to deliver the perfect AI-driven experience. He was joined by Maxim Evdokimov who is Chief Digital Customer Experience Officer at Tinkoff Bank and Krisztián Kurtisz Chief Executive Officer, Cherrisk and UNIQA Hungary.
